On-Call Service
Just call our dedicated National Call Centre – or make a booking online if that’s more convenient. We’ll immediately log your service request into our system for a prompt and effective response. Our ServiceMax Call Management system enables us to detail, prioritise and allocate your service request immediately, to ensure you get an appropriately qualified and equipped technician – and, where possible, the requisite parts – to your business without delay. In fact, 90% of our contract customers will have someone on-site by the very next day!
Help Desk Technical Support
If you’re having any issues with your equipment or systems, a quick call to the Quadient Help Desk can often resolve problems and get you back on track. Our trained technicians are always happy to provide advice and assistance and, with more than 90% of calls answered within 30 seconds and a similar number completely resolved over the phone, it’s well worth trying this quick and convenient service. If your issue can’t be sorted over the phone, our team will ensure you are immediately entered into the system for an on-site service call.
